By submitting the application form you agree that the Zurich Graduate School in Mathematics (ZGSM) processes personal data obtained from the application as part of the admission process. This means that your application is forwarded to and reviewed by the ZGSM administration, the admission committee and potential advisors within the ZGSM. The data are not given to third parties despite you would allow this explicitly - in this case (e.g. if the application would be interesting for faculty outside the ZGSM) you would get an email with the request of allowance before forwarding the data. You further agree to get a link by email with which you can upload further application documents and that you are contacted by members of the ZGSM by email, mail or phone concerning your application. We don't analyse your user behaviour and you have the following rights concerning your data: withdrawal, information, correction, completion, deletion and restriction. Your data from the application are stored in our ZGSM application database and are deleted on demand. By filling in the contact data of recommenders (point 6 in the application form) you agree that you have the approval of these recommenders to use their contact data and that you further have their approval that ZGSM members can contact them via these contact data.

11. Uploading transcripts and certificates

In addition to the completed online application form above we require electronic copies of your transcripts and, if available, a certificate of the master degree or equivalent. After you have submitted the application form you will automatically receive an email with an address where you can upload up to seven documents (transcripts, degrees, and additional documents). You are asked to only submit documents in pdf format. This address will only be valid for seven days after submission of the application form.
